ABOUT LEED®:
Marino\WARE® supports the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED®) program and has LEED® accredited professionals on staff to answer your questions. The LEED® Green Building Rating System™ is a nationally accepted standard for sustainability. LEED® certification credits are based on the overall execution of the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. A project must earn a minimum number of LEED® credits listed within the guidelines to certify.

  • MR Credit 4 Recycled Content  (1-2 points)

Our line of light gauge and structural framing products and accessories are produced with 100% steel, a readily recyclable product with a high content of recycled material. 

  • Total Recycled Content: 34.9% 
  • Post-Consumer Recycled Content: 24.3% 
  • Pre-Consumer (Post Industrial) Recycled Content: 9.4%
