Jim DesLaurier Promoted to Executive Vice President of Ware Industries and Appointed to the Board of Directors

Jim is a highly respected leader who brings over 35 years of experience in building materials to his new executive role, including almost 20 years of dedicated service and leadership at Marino\WARE.

A Career Dedicated to Industry Advancement and Technical Excellence

Jim’s extensive career in building materials began with fifteen years in sales and sales management. During his tenure at Marino\WARE, he has been instrumental in the company’s growth, influencing key disciplines including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Support, and Engineering Services.

In his new role as Executive Vice President, Jim will continue to oversee the Engineering, Technical Services, and Architectural Sales Teams, ensuring we maintain our commitment to innovation and technical excellence.

As a recognized industry expert, Jim has actively served on several industry-related committees, where he has played a pivotal role in advancing the codes, standards, and sustainable benefits of cold-formed steel framing.
